Every month you should accomplish new goals. Set at

least 3 to 5 new goals for you to really accomplish every month. Start off with the simple things and work your way up to the realistic and big things. Its not that hard. Trust and believe that you can do it and you are already half way there. The other half is as simple as believing in yourself and there you have it! ACCOMPLISHED!
